Sour Cherry – A key part of our active lifestyles is muscle recovery. Sour Cherry is a nutrient-dense fruit and a rich source of vitamins, minerals and anthocyanins. It has also been shown to improve muscle recovery and protect against post-exercise soreness and fatigue.

L-Glycine – this is a non-essential amino acid that functions as a building block for protein. Proteins help muscle fibres to repair and regrow after exercise, resulting in increased muscle strength and faster recovery.

 L-Theanine – a unique amino acid that can cross the blood-brain barrier and increase levels of serotonin (the ‘feel good’ hormone). It is used to promote many aspects to help the body respond more effectively to stress.

How To Enjoy
